Each week

Age-band practice lengths

PreK–1st: 45–60 min · Ages 7–9: ~60–70 min · Ages 10–12: ~75–90 min · Ages 13–15: ~90 min. Default game model: 32 minutes (4×8); sheet editable for 24/40.
